Personal Time Off (PTO)
We offer flexibility for personal matters within a reasonable framework that does not affect the company's work.
Requests must be made at least one week in advance to the supervisor and will be approved or denied considering the business's needs.

Transportation
Our compensation policies for travel time and mileage will apply according to the role.
In summary:
- If assigned to reach a project or location one hour or more away from your place of residence, a stipend applies for each day worked at that location.
- Trips during working hours in your vehicle to attend company matters can be submitted for mileage reimbursement.
- In case you are assigned to work at a location more than 40 miles from your town of residence, additional compensation will apply to travel time.
- A weekly transportation stipend may apply instead of the above at the Company's discretion.
Bonuses:
As required by law.
There may be productivity bonuses, or incentives to be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
Salary Advances
- Once you have been working for 2 weeks, you can request salary advances.
- The advance will be deducted in reasonable and agreed-upon installments.

- According to availability, we offer professional consulting by a licensed engineer to the employee and their immediate family for matters concerning their properties, homes, and others. Basic reports are included if necessary.
